For the longest, I have been a chicketerian with pesceterian obsessions!
However, I think I am ready to take the leap into fully committing to being a vegetarian, but I find myself thinking.. what will shrimp do without me? Or can I actually Alfredo without the chicken? Wait.. do vegetarians eat sushi?
I want a healthier lifestyle but also fear the inevitable of losing this butt and these thighs that I have eaten so hard to create! For my vegetarians out there.. how do you maintain a healthy diet and still get all the protein and other nutrients necessary to maintain a healthy lifestyle!? Is it possible that a carrot could give me the same gains that BBQ chicken could?
